what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead;
your macOS version and Quai’s version (Settings › About);
a screenshot, if something looks wrong.

Leave out API keys and passwords.

Quick fixes

No badges or minimized windows? Allow Quai in System Settings › Privacy & Security › Accessibility.
No window previews? They need Screen Recording permission, in the same place.
A widget shows nothing? Click it: its pane says what’s missing, a permission or a key.
Quai’s Dock is gone? Choose Show Quai Dock in Quai’s menu bar menu.
Lost your download link? Write to me with your payment confirmation.

If Apple’s Dock didn’t come back

Quai restores Apple’s Dock when you turn its own Dock off or quit, and at its next launch after a crash. If Quai can’t open at all, this Terminal command puts Apple’s Dock back to the macOS defaults (auto-hide off):

defaults delete com.apple.dock autohide-delay; defaults delete com.apple.dock autohide; killall Dock
